  • Can I use my wireless phone while on a cruise?

Yes, you can efficiently use your phone while on a cruise since AT&T offers talking, texting and data services on more than 250 major cruise ships. Pay-per-use rates will be applied if you use while on board the ship. Discounted packages are only accessible to customers taking cruises on selected ships.   • How will I get a wallet card?

Wallet cards can be requested during the host registration process. Wallet cards might take several weeks until they arrive at your mailing address.   • What is SS or Stream Saver?

Stream Saver is included in selected plans only. Stream Saver is designed to identify streaming video content over the mobile network so that the data speed and resolution of higher definition video can be adapted to Standard Definition Quality of about 480p. It allows customers to stream more videos while using the same quantity of data.

Moreover, it will not apply to content it cannot identify as video and your ability to stream, and the resolution of the video can be affected by other factors.

No.  All that is required is to enter your event ID and host or participant code. If you are a host on the service, begin your myAT&T desktop launch pad during the enrollment process.  This will assure you can enter your meeting room events or other events on the service instantly and effortlessly.   You may also enter events directly from a URL if given to you.   Hosts will need to insert their AT&T Connect host password as an added layer of security.

  • How to link phones and PCs in an AT&T Connect Event?

The service supports an alliance between PCs and phones. Participants or associates that come in with both the PC and phone can connect the two devices together, or the active presenter can link them for a particular user.  The moment it is done, any speaker can be recognised while speaking by viewing the Participant list in the application.  By using your telephone keypad, the application will be altered accordingly (i.e., mute, un-mute, etc.)

There are two ways to link, just follow the steps below;

  • While connecting to the event, make sure you are connected with the PC. Follow the dial-in instructions page and choose the ‘Dial-Me’ option to let the service call you back. Your PC and the PHONE will be subsequently linked. You can also choose to manually link your PC and the Phone by entering the linkage code that appears on the DIAL-in instructions page.
