There are total 6 ways to pay your bill. We recommend setting up a Direct Debit or a regular credit card payment as this will save you £60 a year.
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill and will save you £5 a month. The amount shown on the front of your bill will automatically be taken from your account each month, around 19 days after your bill date. You’ll need to set up a Direct Debit in advance of your bill being produced.

- Click on ‘Setting Up a Direct Debit’ under the BILLS tab
- Follow the onscreen instructions and save.
Via Three APP

- Take the print out and fill it in and post it to the address at the top
You can make changes to your Direct Debit in the following ways;

There are a few things you should know about making changes to your Direct Debit;
- You can only change your payment date, after you have received your first bill.
- When you change your payment date, the date that you get your bills will also change. Because of this, your next two bills will be closer together than usual. The second bill will be lower than usual as they will only charge you for the period between the two bills.
- They can’t change your payment date within 48 hours of your payment due date.
- You can’t change your payment date if you are currently changing your price plan. Once you are set up on your new plan, you will be able to change your payment date.
- You can change your payment date once between bills only.
- If you want to cancel your direct debit you must do this immediately and not later than four days before your billing date. In case, you cancel in less than four days; they can’t guarantee that this is enough time for them to stop taking the payment from your account.
- If you don’t have enough money in your account and they take the payment, your bank may charge you.
- Once you cancel your Direct Debit, you will need to start paying your bill in another way. You won’t be eligible for the monthly $5 discount anymore.

If your bank offers a Bank Giro service, you can pay your bill by cash or cheque. If you do, you won’t be eligible for the monthly $5 discount. You can shun this charge by setting up a Direct Debit instead.
- Take the Giro from the bottom of your bill to your bank. If you take it to a different bank, they may refuse to accept it or change you for the service.
- Give the Giro Slip and the cash or cheque to the cashier.
- Allow at least 3 working days for the payment to reach them.
